The Baby Bidet Company Return Policy

Please contact The Baby Bidet Company within 30 days of purchase if you are dissatisfied with your product. If you have had your Baby Bidet™ product for less than a year, please contact us for replacement parts for your registered warranty item via the CONTACT page at www.babybidet.net.  For products over a year, we would be glad to help you as well; please contact us regarding the issue with your product.

Babybidet.net Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed up to 30 days from day of purchase. To exchange a product for a product of equivalent or lesser value, please follow the Return Policy below, then place a new order for the correct item. Please be sure to notify our Baby Bidet Company representative that you would like to process an exchange (see below). Your new order will ship out within 10-12 business days. When the returned products are received and have passed inspection, you will receive a full refund from the original order (less the cost of shipping) after the new order has been confirmed. An email confirmation will be sent when the refund has been issued.

*We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

BABYBIDET.NET Return Policy

All merchandise purchased from Babybidet.net may be returned with a valid MRA# (Merchandise Return Authorization) within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise noted. Additional guidelines may apply*.  To obtain an MRA# please use the CONTACT page at www.babybidet.net and provide the following information:

  1. Original order number
  2. Date your package was received
  3. Reason for the return (Exchange, damage, incorrect purchase…etc.)
  4. If the product was assembled: Products must be inspected and if damaged, reported to us within 14 days of receipt to ensure efficient processing of your parts request

Once you receive your MRA# with instructions and address of where to send your return, include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product's original packaging. Also include a copy of your packing slip and MRA# with your return shipment.

We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

A 25% restocking and handling fee will be applied to any returned products, except exchanges, based on the total amount billed. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from delivery location for any returned product. Return shipments received without an MRA will not qualify for a credit.

* For returns on bundled products, all pieces from the bundle must be returned at the customer's expense for a refund; refund will be issued after proper inspection for damages. Individual pieces from any bundle order will not be accepted and cannot be returned for a partial refund.
